Liminal

UPSpace Gallery Sydney

Group Show, PART OF Sydney FRINGE FESTIVAl

22 – 30 September 2014

An investigation into the nature of language and its limits.

The artists explore word, touch, code, record and the nature of our interactions and connections.

An interactive experience, a challenge to our understanding of what it is to communicate. Does language, written or otherwise, always convey meaning?

When is there not enough? When does meaning require more than language?

As a collaborative, we seek clarity, a grand narrative, to open up barriers to communication, and engage in dialogue with history, life and death.

As material frays, so too does language.
